4. Where will my Virtual Assistant be located?
All our virtual office assistants work remotely from their home/office and are located across Canada. We like to match you with a virtual assistant that shares the same time zone to make communication easier. If you require a bi-lingual virtual assistant, we will do our best to match you with one.
5. What hours do Virtual Office Assistants work?
Our virtual assistants typically work business hours in their time zone: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. However, a virtual assistant may have the flexibility to work around your hours. If weekend or emergency support is required, there may be a surcharge on your regular rate, and you will need to call or email the Head Office.
6. How do I communicate with my assistant?
You can communicate via phone or email or schedule a video chat. Whatever works best for you!
7. How do I know if I’m getting billed accurately?
We will verify the billable time used by your assistant. All our assistants track billable time through our time tracker app right down to the minute. Your virtual assistant also keeps task notes. If requested, these can get provided to you.
8. Do I need to sign a contract?
No one likes things to be difficult, so we make it easy for you. There are NO contracts unless you want to save more money. In that case, we can get you set up on a six-month or one-year contract. If you choose month-to-month, we only require a thirty-day notice for cancellation. You will have to sign a Service Agreement, but this is not a long-term or employment agreement. It’s just an agreement laying out the details of the work you require to assist you in continued business success.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We make it super easy by accepting all major credit cards, direct deposit (EFT), or e-Transfer. Just let us know how you would like to pay, and we’ll send the information.
