This is not something we require of our virtual assistants unless they are dealing with any financial aspects of your business such as accessing bank accounts, transferring money etc.

We put the safety of our client’s business dealings first, so we feel an NDA is needed. There will be a confidentiality & security clause in your service agreement. We also have our virtual assistants sign one with us, so all bases are covered.

We want you to keep your personal passwords completely private, so we recommend a free password management software, equivalent to a password vault. This way, your dedicated VA can securely access your accounts without seeing your username, password, or PIN information. If you have another option, we’d love to hear about it.
