What Hours do Virtual Assistants Work?
Our virtual assistants typically work business hours in their time zone: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, however a virtual assistant may have flexibility to work around your hours. If you weekend or emergency support is required, there may be a surcharge on your regular rate; please contact the Head Office.

How Do I Know If I Am Being Billed Accurately?
One week prior to a new month we will send you an email asking for an estimated number of hours required for the coming month; we will then invoice you for half of the anticipated billable time. At the end of the month, we will then invoice you for the remaining balance owing. We will verify the billable time used by your assistant, as all our assistants track billable time through our time tracker app right down to the minute.
