How Do I Know If I Am Being Billed Accurately?
One week prior to a new month we will send you an email asking for an estimated number of hours required for the coming month; we will then invoice you for half of the anticipated billable time. At the end of the month, we will then invoice you for the remaining balance owing. We will verify the billable time used by your assistant, as all our assistants track billable time through our time tracker app right down to the minute. Your virtual assistant also keeps task notes; these will be provided to you as well if required. Any un-used hours in a month will be carried over to the following month (for up to 3 months).
